We at Accelo are experienced engineers and marketers who have worked on technologies such as electric vehicles, autonomous vehicles, connected vehicles, shared mobility, micro-mobility and green logistics.
We are leading the Make in India initiative through the development of the majority of our technologies in our facility and generating more than 100+ jobs through our contract manufacturers by collaborating with them for mass productions.

Accelo was formed

April

Tested the algorithm for 10,000 kms on public roads, patent filled for the algorithm.

December

Ideation for a Fully autonomous electric vehicle platform started

2019

June

Raised angel investment from Bindu and Binesh. Patent published

Fully functional 10 seater semi autonomous vehicle built and tested.

Team developed Carry, a semi autonomous delivery bot

September

Started building Electric Skateboard technology as a baseline for multi-model vehicle development.

February

Full-scale development of ISAAC Shuttle for commuting inside campuses. Tech breakthroughs of steer by wire, brake by wire developed and tested in the shuttle

Customer Discovery Interviews led to the ideation of the electric flatbed model and its market requirement

First Full Scale Shuttle Deployment with a client

Arbaz, Vrunda, and Aditya met in their college while working on a disaster response project. Later that year they came up with the idea of Accident avoidance modules. 

2017

November

We built the Plug and Play module for Assistive driving and Accident avoidance for Indian roads.

2018

November

Due to regulations for plug and play module, testing and certification was denied for commercialization.

2019

March

Engineers built a fully autonomous shuttle in-house and started testing it on private campuses.

2019

December

Raised Pre Series round from IIT Bombay and RiiDL.

2020

May

Due to Covid-19, the team altered its platform to build a delivery robot to cater to hospitals in tough times. Tested and served on public roads in Mumbai, India.

Tested Carry for more than 15000 kms and conducted deliveries throughout covid

First Skateboard bare prototype successfully tested in Mumbai

Tested ISAAC Shuttle for use within closed campuses and speed capped at 30 kmph
